    Recalculation is a feature in SAP Employee Central that allows users to update the values of certain fields in the system. This is done by running a recalculation job, which will take the existing data and recalculate it based on the new values.     To use the recalculation feature in SAP Employee Central, first navigate to the Recalculation tab in the system.
