    Advance is a feature in SAP Employee Central that allows employees to request an advance on their salary. This feature allows employees to receive a portion of their salary before their regular pay date. The amount of the advance is deducted from the employee’s next paycheck. 
    
    How to Use It: 
    To use the Advance feature, an employee must first log into their SAP Employee Central account. Once logged in, they can select the “Advance” option from the menu. From there, they can enter the amount of the advance they would like to request and submit it for approval. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to note that advances are subject to approval by the employee’s manager or supervisor. Additionally, it is important to remember that any advances requested will be deducted from the employee’s next paycheck.
