    An on-hold document is a document that has been created in the LOD-ET Excise Tax Solution on SAP Cloud Platform, but has not yet been posted to the S/4 system. This document is stored in the cloud and can be accessed and edited at any time. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To create an on-hold document, users must first log into the LOD-ET Excise Tax Solution on SAP Cloud Platform. Once logged in, users can select the “Create On-Hold Document” option from the menu. This will open a form where users can enter all of the necessary information for the document. Once all of the information is entered, users can click “Save” to create the on-hold document. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating an on-hold document, it is important to double check all of the information entered to ensure accuracy. Additionally, users should make sure to save their work often to avoid losing any data. 
    
    Related Information: 
    Once an on-hold document has been created, it can be posted to the S/4 system at any time. To do this, users must select the “Post On-Hold Document” option from the menu and enter all of the necessary information for posting. Once all of the information is entered, users can click “Post” to post the document to S/4.
