SAP Term: subagreement

Smart SAP Assistant

  • Key Concepts:
Subagreement is a feature of SAP LOD-ESO Sourcing OnDemand that allows buyers to create a contract with a supplier that is linked to an existing master agreement. This allows buyers to quickly and easily create contracts with suppliers without having to negotiate the terms of the agreement each time.

    How to use it:
To create a subagreement, buyers must first create a master agreement with the supplier. Once the master agreement is in place, buyers can then create subagreements with the same supplier. The terms of the subagreement will be based on the terms of the master agreement, but buyers can customize the terms as needed.

    Tips & Tricks:
When creating a subagreement, it is important to ensure that all of the terms are consistent with the master agreement. This will help ensure that there are no discrepancies between the two agreements and that all parties are in agreement on the terms of the contract.
