This feature allows users to quickly and easily create and manage multiple questions related to a single RFP, making it easier to compare responses from different vendors.
    How to use it: To use the RFx question group feature, users must first create an RFP. Once the RFP is created, users can then create a question group by selecting the “Create Question Group” option from the RFP menu. From there, users can add questions to the group and assign them to specific vendors. Once all of the questions have been added, users can then send out the RFP with the associated question group.
    Tips & Tricks: When creating an RFx question group, it is important to make sure that all of the questions are relevant to the RFP and that they are clear and concise. Additionally, it is important to make sure that all of the questions are assigned to the correct vendors so that they can provide accurate responses.
