  How to use it: 
  To use the RFx question group feature, users must first create an RFP. Once the RFP is created, users can then create a question group by selecting the “Create Question Group” option from the RFP menu. From there, users can add questions to the group and assign them to specific vendors. Once all of the questions have been added, users can then send out the RFP with the associated question group.
