    Average lead time is the average amount of time it takes for a customer order to be fulfilled. It is calculated by taking the total lead time for all orders and dividing it by the total number of orders. In SAP, the average lead time is calculated in the LOD-CID-OSR Customer Order Sourcing component. 
    
    How to use it: 
    In order to calculate the average lead time in SAP, you must first enter the total lead time for each order into the system. Once all of the orders have been entered, you can then use the LOD-CID-OSR Customer Order Sourcing component to calculate the average lead time. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to ensure that all of the orders are entered accurately in order to get an accurate average lead time. Additionally, it is important to keep track of any changes in lead times as they can affect the accuracy of the average lead time calculation. 
    
    Related Information: 
    The average lead time calculation can be used to help identify areas where processes can be improved in order to reduce lead times and improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, it can be used to compare different suppliers and determine which one has the shortest lead times.
