  Version in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a snapshot of the data model and its associated objects. It allows users to save their work and track changes over time. It also allows users to compare different versions of the same model and restore a previous version if needed. 
  
  How to use it: 
  To create a version, go to the Versions tab in the Modeler view. Click on the “Create Version” button and enter a name for the version. Once created, the version will be listed in the Versions tab. To restore a previous version, select it from the list and click on “Restore Version”. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  It is recommended to create versions regularly when working on a data model in SAC. This will allow you to easily track changes over time and restore a previous version if needed.
