SAP Term: undo exclusion

Smart SAP Assistant

  • Key Concepts:
Undo exclusion is a feature in SAP S/4HANA Retail & Fashion Management (LO-RFM) that allows users to reverse the exclusion of a product from a promotion. This feature is useful when a product has been excluded from a promotion by mistake, or when the user wants to add a product back into the promotion after it has been excluded.

    How to use it:
To undo the exclusion of a product from a promotion, the user must first open the promotion in LO-RFM. Then, they must select the product that was previously excluded and click on the “Undo Exclusion” button. This will add the product back into the promotion.

    Tips & Tricks:
It is important to remember that undoing an exclusion will not automatically update any existing orders or invoices that have already been created with the excluded product. The user must manually update any existing orders or invoices to reflect the changes made by undoing the exclusion.
