    Product exclusions in SAP S/4HANA Retail & Fashion Management (LO-RFM) are used to exclude certain products from a promotion or discount. This feature allows retailers to create promotions that are tailored to specific products or product categories, while excluding other products from the promotion. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Product exclusions can be set up in the LO-RFM system by creating a promotion and then selecting the “Exclude Products” option. This will open a window where you can select the products or product categories that you want to exclude from the promotion. Once you have selected the products or product categories, click “Save” to save your changes. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When setting up product exclusions, it is important to remember that any changes made to the excluded products will not be reflected in the promotion until you save your changes. Additionally, it is important to note that any changes made to the excluded products will not be reflected in any existing promotions that have already been created.
