  • Key Concepts:
TO splitting is a Warehouse Management (WM) process in SAP that allows for the splitting of a Transfer Order (TO) into multiple smaller TOs. This process is used when the quantity of material to be moved is too large to be handled in one TO.

    How to use it:
To split a TO, the user must first create a new TO with the same source and destination as the original TO. The user then enters the quantity of material to be moved in the new TO and saves it. The original TO is then updated with the remaining quantity of material to be moved.

    Tips & Tricks:
When splitting a TO, it is important to ensure that the source and destination of both TOs are identical. Additionally, it is important to ensure that the quantity of material to be moved in each TO is accurate.
