  • Description: The placement of material into a storage bin in which the material already exists. A new quant is not created. The quantity of material in the existing quant is increased.

    Addition to existing stock is a process in SAP Warehouse Management (LE-WM) that allows you to add new stock to an existing stock record. This process is used when you need to add more of the same item to an existing stock record, such as when you receive a new shipment of the same item. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To add new stock to an existing stock record, you must first locate the existing stock record in the system. Once you have located the record, you can enter the quantity of the new stock that you are adding. The system will then update the existing stock record with the new quantity. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When adding new stock to an existing record, make sure that you enter the correct quantity. If you enter an incorrect quantity, it could lead to incorrect inventory levels and inaccurate reporting.
