• Description: Value not measured by a register that is used for calculating charges. This is normally a charge for the provision of energy or water. Reference values are used in Waste Management to bill for containers and properties such as cleaning objects. &EXAMPLE& Number of households for calculating the service charge. Connection load of a lighting unit for calculating the energy price in conjunction with the burning hour calendar. Number of containers in a household and/or portions of containers used repeatedly. In order to bill billing-relevant data from Waste Management, a service frequency must exist for the container.
