Key Concepts: Reference value is a feature in the IS-U-BI Contract Billing component of SAP that allows users to set a reference value for a contract. This reference value is used to compare the actual billing amount to the reference value and determine if the billing amount is correct. How to use it: To use the reference value feature, users must first set up a reference value for each contract. This can be done by entering the reference value in the contract master data. Once the reference value is set, it will be used to compare the actual billing amount to the reference value and determine if the billing amount is correct. Tips & Tricks: It is important to ensure that the reference value is set correctly in order for it to be used correctly. Additionally, users should be aware that any changes made to the reference value will affect all future billing amounts.
