    Shift differential is a feature of SAP IS-R-WFM Retail Workforce Management that allows employers to pay employees an additional amount for working certain shifts. This additional amount is usually based on the difficulty of the shift, such as working overnight or on weekends. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Shift differential can be set up in SAP IS-R-WFM Retail Workforce Management by defining the shift types and associated pay rates. This can be done in the “Shift Differential” tab of the “Workforce Management” module. Once the shift types and associated pay rates have been defined, they can be assigned to employees in the “Employee Master Data” tab.
