A backup file is a copy of the data stored in an SAP system. It is used to restore the system to a previous state in case of data loss or corruption. In the IS-R-POS Point of Sale component, a backup file contains all the data related to the point of sale transactions, such as customer information, product details, and payment information.

    How to use it:
Backup files should be created regularly in order to ensure that the system can be restored in case of data loss or corruption. The backup file will be stored in the system’s backup folder.

It is important to store backup files in a secure location, such as an external hard drive or cloud storage service.
