  • Description: Means of assigning BOS costing items to WBS elements using the BOS-Project cost transfer. There are two possibilities for the cost transfer: Costing item transfer A costing item is selected and transferred individually. If the reference point in a costing item agrees with that in a WBS element, that creates a logical connection between them which enables the system to assignment the costing item to the WBS element automatically. Cost estimate transfer A cost estimate of service line is selected. The system transfers the service line as a costing node including each costing item beneath the service line. If the reference point in a service line agrees with that in a WBS element, that creates a logical connection between them which enables the system to assignment the cost estimate to the WBS element automatically.
