  • Key Concepts: 
    Grid history is a feature of the SAP IS-AFS-BD Basic Data component that allows users to view and compare the changes made to a particular grid over time. It stores the changes made to a grid in a chronological order, allowing users to easily track and analyze the changes. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use grid history, users must first enable it in the system settings. Once enabled, users can view the grid history by selecting the “History” tab in the grid view. This will display all of the changes made to the grid in chronological order. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When viewing the grid history, users can filter by date range or user name to quickly find the changes they are looking for. Additionally, users can export the grid history as an Excel file for further analysis.
