  To set the sharing level for a vehicle, users must first log into the IS-A-VMS Vehicle Management System. Then, they can select the vehicle they wish to modify and click on the “Sharing Level” tab. From there, they can choose between public, private, or shared. 
  
  Public: This setting allows anyone with access to the system to view and edit the vehicle's information. 
  Private: This setting only allows the owner of the vehicle to view and edit its information. 
  Shared: This setting allows specific users or groups of users to view and edit the vehicle's information.
