Key Concepts: Dynamic stopping is a feature of SAP IS-A-EMM Enhancements to scheduling agreements MM (Outbound) that allows for the automatic stopping of outbound deliveries when the quantity of goods delivered exceeds the quantity ordered. This feature helps to ensure that customers are not overcharged for goods they did not order. How to use it: Dynamic stopping can be enabled in the SAP system by navigating to the “Scheduling Agreement” tab in the “Outbound Delivery” menu. Once there, select the “Dynamic Stopping” checkbox and save your changes. This will enable dynamic stopping for all outbound deliveries associated with this scheduling agreement. Tips & Tricks: It is important to note that dynamic stopping will only be applied to outbound deliveries that are created after dynamic stopping has been enabled. Therefore, it is important to enable dynamic stopping before any outbound deliveries are created.
