  • Key Concepts:
Retroactive case processing is a feature of SAP ICM Incentive and Commission Management (ICM) that allows users to process cases that have already been closed. This feature allows users to make changes to cases that have already been processed, such as updating commission amounts or changing the status of a case.

    How to use it:
To use retroactive case processing, users must first select the cases they want to process. This can be done by selecting the cases from a list or by using filters to narrow down the list of cases. Once the cases have been selected, users can then make changes to the cases, such as updating commission amounts or changing the status of a case.

    Tips & Tricks:
When using retroactive case processing, it is important to remember that any changes made will be applied retroactively. This means that any changes made will affect all previous versions of the case, so it is important to double-check all changes before they are applied.
