    To assign in-force business, users must first create a new sales representative record in the ICM system. Once the record is created, users can assign existing business to the new representative by selecting the “Assign In-Force Business” option from the ICM menu. The user will then be prompted to enter the customer’s name and the name of the new sales representative. Once this information is entered, the assignment will be complete.
