  • Key Concepts:
Assignment share is a feature of the ICM-PFO Portfolio Assignment (PFO) component of SAP. It allows users to assign a percentage of a portfolio to a particular user or group. This percentage is referred to as the assignment share. The assignment share determines how much of the portfolio each user or group is responsible for managing.

    How to use it:
To assign a portfolio to a user or group, the user must first create an assignment share. This can be done by selecting the “Create Assignment Share” option from the ICM-PFO Portfolio Assignment (PFO) component. The user will then be prompted to enter the percentage of the portfolio they wish to assign to the user or group. Once the assignment share has been created, it can be modified or deleted at any time.

    Tips & Tricks:
When creating an assignment share, it is important to ensure that the percentage assigned is appropriate for the user or group. For example, if a user is assigned too large of a percentage, they may not be able to manage their portion of the portfolio effectively. It is also important to remember that assignment shares can be modified or deleted at any time, so users should not hesitate to make changes if necessary.
