Description: Users can link a material with a base KPI. A base KPI to which a material is linked can subsequently be evaluated during automatic KPI data collection via SAP Query.
Key Concepts: Associated material is a feature of SAP Sustainability Reporting that allows users to link documents, images, and other materials to their sustainability reports. This feature allows users to provide additional context and evidence for their sustainability reporting. How to use it: To use associated material, users must first create a sustainability report in SAP Sustainability Reporting. Once the report is created, users can add associated material by clicking the “Add Associated Material” button. This will open a window where users can select the type of material they want to add (e.g. document, image, etc.). Once the material is selected, users can upload the file or provide a link to the material. Tips & Tricks: When adding associated material, it is important to make sure that the material is relevant and provides additional context for the sustainability report. Additionally, it is important to make sure that all associated materials are properly labeled and organized so that they are easy to find and reference.
