    How to use it:
To use unscheduled correspondence, users must first create a template for the document they wish to send. This template can be used to store information such as the recipient's address, the subject line, and the body of the document. Once the template is created, users can then create an instance of the document and fill in any additional information that is needed. The document can then be sent out via email or printed and mailed.

    Tips & Tricks:
When creating templates for unscheduled correspondence, it is important to make sure that all of the necessary information is included. This includes any fields that may need to be filled in with specific data for each instance of the document. Additionally, it is important to make sure that all of the formatting is correct so that the document looks professional when it is sent out.
