Smart SAP Assistant

  • Key Concepts:
A switch in SAP FS-PM Policy Management is a feature that allows users to quickly and easily switch between different policy versions. It enables users to compare different versions of a policy and make changes to the policy without having to manually update each version.

    How to use it:
To use the switch feature, users must first create a new version of the policy they wish to modify. Once the new version is created, users can select the switch option from the policy menu. This will open a window that displays both versions of the policy side-by-side. Users can then make changes to either version and save them.

    Tips & Tricks:
When using the switch feature, it is important to remember that changes made to one version of the policy will not automatically be applied to the other version. Therefore, users should always save their changes before switching back to the original version.

    Related Information:
The switch feature is just one of many features available in SAP FS-PM Policy Management. Other features include policy templates, workflow management, and reporting tools. For more information on these features, please refer to the SAP FS-PM Policy Management documentation.
