Reasons for this are: Deductible: Policyholder assumes a portion of the expense himself/herself.   When setting coverage levels for policies, it is important to consider the scope of the policy and how it will be enforced. For example, if you are creating a policy that applies to all users in a certain region, then setting the coverage level to “Regional” would be appropriate.
