Smart SAP Assistant

  • Key Concepts:
Copy is a feature in SAP FS-PM Policy Management that allows users to duplicate existing policies and make changes to the duplicated version. This feature is useful for creating multiple versions of the same policy, or for quickly creating a new policy based on an existing one.

    How to use it:
To use the copy feature, open the policy you want to duplicate and select the “Copy” option from the menu. You will then be prompted to enter a name for the new policy. Once you have entered a name, the new policy will be created with all of the same settings as the original policy. You can then make any changes you need to customize the new policy.

    Tips & Tricks:
When using the copy feature, it is important to remember to give your new policy a unique name so that it can be easily identified later. Additionally, you should always review all of the settings in your new policy before saving it, as some settings may not have been copied over correctly.
