Smart SAP Assistant

  • Key Concepts:
Collected-to-date (CTD) is a feature of SAP FS-PM Policy Management that allows users to track the total amount of premiums collected for a policy over its lifetime. This feature helps users to monitor the progress of their policy and ensure that all premiums are collected in a timely manner.

    How to use it:
To use the CTD feature, users must first create a policy in SAP FS-PM Policy Management. Once the policy is created, users can view the CTD amount for the policy by navigating to the “Premiums” tab and selecting “Collected-to-date” from the dropdown menu. The CTD amount will be displayed in the “Total” column.

    Tips & Tricks:
It is important to note that the CTD amount will only reflect premiums that have been collected and not those that are still outstanding. Additionally, users should be aware that the CTD amount may not always match the total premium amount due for a policy as some premiums may have been waived or discounted.
