  • Key Concepts: 
    Collection is a feature of SAP Profitability and Performance Management (FS-PER) that allows users to group related data into a single entity. This enables users to quickly and easily analyze the data in a meaningful way. The collection feature also allows users to create custom reports and dashboards that can be used to track performance and profitability. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use the collection feature, users must first create a collection. This can be done by selecting the “Create Collection” option from the FS-PER menu. Once the collection is created, users can add data to it by selecting the “Add Data” option from the FS-PER menu. Users can then select the data they want to add to the collection and click “Save”. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating a collection, it is important to give it a descriptive name so that it is easy to identify later on. Additionally, it is important to ensure that all of the data added to the collection is relevant and up-to-date. This will ensure that the analysis of the data is accurate and meaningful.
