Component Name: Combined Settlement
Description: A distribution method whereby the system posts the interest results of compensation proportionately to multiple participating accounts according to their contribution to the interest results. The system calculates the interest daily. This result can either be credit interest or a combination of debit interest and overdraft interest. If the result on a certain day of the settlement period is credit interest, the system only distributes this credit interest to accounts with a credit balance. I the result on a certain day of the settlement period is debit interest, the system only distributes this debit interest to accounts with a negative balance. If the result on a certain day of the settlement period is overdraft interest, the system also only distributes this overdraft interest to accounts with a negative balance. No master contracts may participate in the contract relationship.
