    Value type is a component of the SAP FS-LRM Liquidity and Risk Management module. It is used to define the characteristics of a value, such as its currency, unit of measure, and decimal places. It also defines the type of value, such as a monetary amount or a percentage. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Value types are used to define the characteristics of values that are used in the FS-LRM Liquidity and Risk Management module. To create a value type, go to the “Define Value Types” screen in the FS-LRM Liquidity and Risk Management module. Enter the name of the value type, select the currency, unit of measure, and decimal places for the value type. Select the type of value (monetary amount or percentage). Save your changes. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating a value type, make sure to select the correct currency and unit of measure for the value type. This will ensure that all values entered into the system are consistent with each other.
