The Copy Function also ensures that all documents are consistent and up-to-date with the latest version of the collateral document.

    How to use it:
To use the Copy Function, users must first select the document they wish to copy. Once selected, users can click on the “Copy” button located in the top right corner of the document. This will open a new window where users can enter a new name for the copied document and select any additional settings they wish to apply. Once all settings have been applied, users can click “Save” to create a duplicate of the original document.
