How to use it: To assign a search category to a claim, open the claim in the FS-CM Claims Management component and select the “Search Category” field. Select the appropriate search category from the drop-down list. To assign a search category to a group of claims, select the claims in the list view and then select “Assign Search Category” from the context menu. Tips & Tricks: When creating search categories, it is important to think about how they will be used. It is best to create categories that are broad enough to encompass multiple types of claims, but specific enough that they can be easily identified.
