• Description: This is to clarify whether inpatient hospital treatment is required, or to make preparations for inpatient hospital treatment. In accordance with the German Social Security Code §115a SGB V, preadmission hospital treatment is restricted to three days of treatment within five days before the start of inpatient treatment. With preadmission hospital treatment, the hospital does not provide lodging and meals partial provision of meals might be given as circumstances require.
