  • Component Name: Claims Management

  • Description: Claim subobject in which the claim handler can record information. A differentiation is made between private notes and public notes: Private notes: These can only be viewed and changed by the person who created them. All other users have no access to such notes. The creator always has the option of making a private note into a public note, and thus making it accessible to other users. Once a public note has been saved as such, it cannot be changed into a private note again. Public notes: Can be viewed by all users involved in claims processing. There are two options for processing public notes: pessimistic processing type optimistic processing type.
