  The periodic settlement date can be set up in the FS-AM Account Management component of SAP. To do this, go to the “Periodic Settlement” tab in the “Accounts” section. Here, you can enter the desired date for the periodic settlement. Once this is done, the system will automatically process and post the periodic settlement on that date.

It is also important to note that if a periodic settlement is not processed on its due date, it will be automatically processed on the next available business day.
