What is lockable object in SAP FS-AM - Account Management?

    A lockable object in SAP FS-AM Account Management is an object that can be locked to prevent any changes from being made to it. This includes objects such as accounts, transactions, and documents. The lockable object feature is used to ensure data integrity and accuracy. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use the lockable object feature, you must first select the object you want to lock. This can be done by navigating to the relevant menu in SAP FS-AM Account Management and selecting the object you want to lock. Once selected, you can then click the “Lock” button to lock the object. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When using the lockable object feature, it is important to remember that once an object is locked, it cannot be unlocked until the user who locked it unlocks it. Therefore, it is important to ensure that only authorized users are allowed to lock objects.
