  To assign a proxy to a business partner, the user must first create a proxy relationship between the two. This can be done by navigating to the “Business Partner Proxy” tab in the FS-AM Account Management component and selecting “Create Proxy Relationship”. The user then needs to select the business partner and the proxy, and enter any additional information required. Once this is done, the proxy will be able to act on behalf of the business partner in certain transactions.

  It is important to note that proxies can only be assigned to certain types of business partners, such as customers or vendors. Additionally, it is important to ensure that the proxy has the necessary permissions to act on behalf of the business partner.
