What is dormant account in SAP FS-AM-CM-AC - Account?

    A dormant account is an account in the SAP system that has not been used for a certain period of time. It is usually marked as inactive and can no longer be used for transactions. In the FS-AM-CM-AC Account Management component, dormant accounts are managed and monitored to ensure that they are not used for fraudulent activities. 
    
    How to use it: 
    In order to use a dormant account, it must first be reactivated. This can be done by logging into the SAP system and selecting the “Reactivate” option from the Account Management menu. Once the account is reactivated, it can be used for transactions as normal. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to regularly monitor dormant accounts to ensure that they are not being used for fraudulent activities. Additionally, it is important to keep track of when an account was last used in order to determine when it should be marked as dormant.
