    Transfer of dispute case is a feature in SAP Dispute Management (FIN-FSCM-DM) that allows users to transfer a dispute case from one user to another. This feature is useful when the original user is no longer able to work on the dispute case or when the dispute case needs to be handled by someone with more expertise. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To transfer a dispute case, the user must first select the dispute case they wish to transfer. Then, they must select the “Transfer” option from the menu. This will open a window where the user can enter the name of the user they wish to transfer the dispute case to. Once this is done, the dispute case will be transferred to the new user. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When transferring a dispute case, it is important to make sure that all relevant information is included in the transfer. This includes any notes or comments that have been made on the dispute case as well as any documents or attachments that are related to it.
