The company's Tokyo office files the combined tax declaration form with the tax office in Tokyo. The company has offices in Tokyo Shibuya city code 13301 and Ibaragi Toride city code 28301. Both location are assigned to the company's Tokyo office and therefore the tax office in Tokyo. You assign the same declaration key to the offices in Tokyo Shibuya, Ibaragi Toride, and the head office in Tokyo.
