  • Description: The user can launch process instances in which they are responsible for an activity, either as a performer or reviewer. They can also view the status of existing processes in which they have activities.

    My Activities is a feature of the SAP EPM-BPC Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) component. It is a personalized task list that allows users to quickly access and manage their tasks related to BPC. It provides an overview of all tasks assigned to the user, including tasks that are due soon, tasks that are overdue, and tasks that have been completed. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To access My Activities, users must first log into the BPC system. Once logged in, they can click on the “My Activities” tab in the navigation bar. This will open up a list of all tasks assigned to the user. Users can then click on any task to view more details about it, such as due date, priority level, and status. They can also mark tasks as complete or delete them from the list. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    My Activities can be used to quickly access and manage tasks related to BPC. To make sure that tasks are not forgotten or overlooked, users should set reminders for themselves for any tasks that have due dates. Additionally, users should regularly check their My Activities list to ensure that all tasks are up-to-date and completed on time.
