    How to use it: 
    To access the workspace, users must first log into the SAP Enterprise Portal. Once logged in, they can click on the “Work Zone” tab to open the workspace. From there, they can create folders and subfolders to organize their documents and applications. They can also add shortcuts to frequently used applications or documents.
