Description: Once the user has created a Collaboration Room or been invited to a Collaboration Room, the system replaces the initial Collaboration Room role for this user with a user-specific Collaboration Room role. You are not allowed to manually change user-specific Collaboration Room roles.

The user-specific room role is assigned to a user when they log in to the portal, and it is based on their user profile. How to use it: To assign a user-specific room role, first log in to the SAP Enterprise Portal. Then, go to the User Administration page and select the user you want to assign the role to. On the User Administration page, select the Room Role tab and select the appropriate room role for the user. Once you have selected the room role, click Save and then log out of the portal. Tips & Tricks: When assigning a user-specific room role, make sure that you are assigning it to the correct user. It is also important to ensure that you are assigning the correct privileges for each room role.
