The trash folder is emptied periodically, so it is important to check it regularly for any items that may have been accidentally deleted. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To access the trash folder, open the Knowledge Management and Collaboration application in SAP. Then, click on the “Trash” icon in the left-hand navigation menu. This will open the trash folder, which will display all of the deleted documents and folders. To recover an item, simply select it and click “Restore”. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to regularly check the trash folder for any items that may have been accidentally deleted. If an item is not recovered before the trash folder is emptied, it will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
