    How to use it: 
    To access the full tree view, users must first log into the SAP Enterprise Portal. Once logged in, they can select the EP-KM component from the main menu. From there, they can select the “Full Tree View” option from the left-hand navigation menu. This will display the entire hierarchy of the knowledge base in a single view. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    The full tree view can be used to quickly locate specific documents or categories within a knowledge base. It is also useful for quickly navigating between different levels of the hierarchy. Additionally, users can use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly find specific documents or categories within the full tree view.
