    A branch in SAP Knowledge Management and Collaboration (EP-KM) is a logical grouping of documents, discussions, and other content. It is used to organize content into categories and subcategories, making it easier to find and access. Branches can be created by users or administrators, and can be public or private. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To create a branch, go to the EP-KM homepage and click on the “Create Branch” button. Enter a name for the branch and select whether it should be public or private. You can then add documents, discussions, and other content to the branch. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating a branch, make sure to give it a descriptive name that will help users find it easily. You can also add tags to the branch to make it easier to search for.
