  Key Concepts: 
  Personal notes are a feature of the SAP Knowledge Management Collaboration Basic Tools component. They allow users to store personal notes and documents in a secure, private space. Personal notes are only visible to the user who created them, and cannot be shared with other users. 
  
  How to use it: 
  To create a personal note, open the Knowledge Management Collaboration Basic Tools component and select “Create Personal Note” from the menu. Enter a title for the note and then enter the content of the note in the text box. When you are finished, click “Save” to save the note. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  Personal notes can be used to store important information that you don’t want to share with other users. They can also be used as reminders or to-do lists.
