  To use the consolidated view, users must first create a folder in the KM Collaboration Basic Tools component. Then, they can add documents, folders, and other objects to the folder. Once the folder is populated with content, users can select the “Consolidated View” option from the menu. This will open a new window that displays all of the content in the folder in a single view. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  When using the consolidated view, it is important to remember that only objects within the same folder can be viewed together. Additionally, users can customize their consolidated view by selecting which columns they want to display and how they want them to be sorted.
