  • Key Concepts: A category is a way of organizing content in the Knowledge Management (KM) Collaboration component of SAP. It is used to group related documents, discussions, and other content together. Categories can be created by users and are organized in a hierarchical structure.
    How to use it: To create a category, go to the KM Collaboration component in SAP and select “Create Category” from the menu. Enter a name for the category and select a parent category if desired. Once the category is created, documents, discussions, and other content can be added to it.
    Tips & Tricks: When creating categories, it is important to think about how they will be used. Consider creating categories that are specific enough to make it easy to find the content you are looking for, but not so specific that there are too many categories.
