  • Key Concepts:
Time-dependent publishing is a feature of SAP's Knowledge Management (KM) Content Management component. It allows users to schedule the publication of content, such as documents, web pages, and other digital assets, at a specific time in the future. This ensures that content is published at the right time and in the right place.

    How to use it:
To use time-dependent publishing, users must first create a content item in the KM Content Management component. Once the content item is created, users can set a publication date and time for it. The content item will then be published at the specified time.

    Tips & Tricks:
When setting a publication date and time for a content item, it is important to consider the time zone of the user who will be viewing the content. If the user is in a different time zone than the one specified for the publication date and time, they may not see the content when it is published.

    Related Information:
Time-dependent publishing is just one of many features available in SAP's Knowledge Management (KM) Content Management component. Other features include versioning, workflow management, and access control.
